Effective ways to reinforce what you’ve built

Seasoned business operator focused on refining your business value

What makes us different?

We approach each business from an operator’s perspective—not an advisor’s—focusing on how it actually runs and where value is created or lost. We make targeted, tailored adjustments that deliver real results, reinforcing what already exists so improvements are practical and durable.

The objective is to help owners realize existing value.

What We Offer?

Business review and clarity

A clear look at how your business runs today, where value is being added or lost, and how it would likely be viewed by a buyer.

Targeted improvements

A small number of sensible, hands-on changes that reduce risk, tighten operations, and improve business value—without changing what already works.

Sale preparation

Practical preparation to get the business ready for a future sale, so it stands up to buyer review and avoids last-minute surprises.

Ongoing owner support

Continued involvement, if needed, to support follow-through, sound decisions, and steady progress.

Who am I?

Most of the owners I work with didn’t build their business to sell it. They built it to last.

After years — often decades — of hard decisions, long days, and personal risk, many reach a point where they want to understand what their business is really worth, how well it’s protected, and what options they have for the future.

My name is Pavel Lomonossov. I’ve spent more than 20 years working inside businesses, not advising from the sidelines. I’ve built, run, and grown companies in Canada and internationally, led teams of up to 300 people, and been responsible for businesses with revenues up to $20 million. I understand how businesses operate day to day — where value is created, where it quietly erodes, and what tends to surface when a buyer starts asking questions.

I work independently and selectively, taking the time to understand each business before offering guidance. I don’t push owners toward decisions. My role is to help them prepare thoughtfully, reduce uncertainty, and move forward with clarity — whether that next step is a sale, a transition, or simply peace of mind.

My work is grounded in formal training in business, engineering, and project management, including an MBA from London Business School, and shaped by years of real responsibility for outcomes.

Helping owners stay in control during rapid expansion

Worked closely with the owners of a BC-based logistics and food delivery business as it expanded across multiple locations with a growing management team. Helped put basic operating structure in place, support managers through rapid change, and introduce clearer accountability as the business scaled. The focus was on reducing chaos, supporting leadership, and ensuring growth did not come at the expense of control or long-term value.

Representative experience

Stabilizing and modernizing a BC distribution business

Worked with the owners of a Vancouver-based electrical distribution company with multi-million-dollar annual revenue to improve visibility and control in day-to-day operations. Led the introduction of a company-wide CRM to bring order to sales activity, customer relationships, and internal coordination. Helped define practical operating processes to support new vendors and product lines, making the business easier to manage, plan, and explain to partners and stakeholders
