I build and operate businesses for the long term

20+ years inside real businesses. People first. Process second. Automation third.

Supporting BC business owners since 2017

How I work

I assess businesses through an operator’s lens — focusing on how value is created, where it is diluted, and how systems can be strengthened without disrupting what already works.

Clear processes, disciplined execution, and financial clarity form the foundation of enduring performance.

Technology doesn't fix broken operations. Operators do. I come in, sit inside the business, and fix what's actually broken — before any tool gets deployed.

What I offer

If your business is growing but getting harder to run — margins quietly shrinking, decisions slowing down, the owner doing too much — that's the moment I work in.

I come in as an operator, not a consultant. I sit inside the business, identify where value is leaking, and build the structure that lets it perform without depending entirely on you.

The result: a business that runs cleaner, scales with less friction, and is worth more — whether you're building, scaling, or eventually stepping back

Who I am

I work with business owners who have spent years — often decades — building their companies and want to understand the true strength and value of what they’ve created.

My name is Pavel Lomonossov. I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience operating and growing businesses in Canada and internationally. I have led teams of up to 300 people and held full responsibility for organizations generating nearly $20 million in revenue.

Ownership carries weight — operational, financial, and personal. I have carried that responsibility and understand what it takes to build performance that holds up under pressure and under review.

I work independently and selectively, taking a disciplined, practical approach. My role is to strengthen the business so that when a decision is made — whether to sell, transition, or continue — it is made from a position of clarity and structural strength.

My background combines formal business training, including an MBA from London Business School, with years of direct accountability for results.

Modernizing Operations at a Mature Distribution Company

A Vancouver-area electrical distribution business with multi-million dollar revenue had no visibility into sales performance and poor coordination across functions. The owner knew something was wrong — but couldn't see where.

I introduced structured reporting, implemented a company-wide CRM, and clarified processes across sales and operations.

The result: stronger execution, improved financial transparency, and an 8% increase in profitability.

Stabilizing Growth During Rapid Expansion

A BC-based logistics and food delivery company was expanding quickly across multiple locations — operational complexity was growing faster than the business could manage. There was no internal reporting structure, no performance visibility, and leadership was making decisions blind.

I designed and implemented operational reporting processes and established routine performance monitoring across all locations.

The result: faster decisions, clearer accountability, and a leadership team that could manage growth without losing control
